Ayumind was formed when science revealed why many traditional approaches to mental wellness fail or have limited outcomes. We knew that many Western approaches to mental health have fallen short in recent years and so we developed AyuMind to address the whole person in body/mind/spirit.

MY PHILOSOPHY

As a Counselor, Coach and Ayurvedic Consultant, Sujatha approaches the therapeutic process from a holistic view point. Integration of the body, mind, and spirit is an essential expression of personal health. Many of today’s mental, physical and social illnesses stem from a lack of integration-disintegration, resulting in persons dissociated from themselves, the community and the environment. My focus is on the whole person, with special emphasis on how the mind is connected directly to the body and how a person thinks, feels and acts. Emphasis will be on wellness, with symptoms seen as calls to self-realization.
